How long does a build take? +
Anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on the spec, the queue and how much hand-finishing your build needs. We'll give you a realistic slot in the quote, and check in along the way.
How much does a guitar cost? +
Every build is quoted individually. Tell us what you're after and we'll work out a price transparently — woods, hardware, electronics, finish, time. No surprises.
Can I customise beyond the listed options? +
Yes — the form has a free-text box for exactly that. If we can source it, we can build it. Mention what you want and we'll talk it through.
What woods do you use? +
European species only. Ash for bodies. Maple, walnut, olive, apple, pear and cherry for necks and fretboards. No exotics, no tropical hardwoods, no CITES paperwork.
Do you ship internationally? +
Worldwide, with a handful of exceptions. We'll confirm in the quote.
Is the order form binding? +
No. It's a quote request. You're under no obligation until you sign off on the quote and place a deposit.
